WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the medical senior manager, you will lead the Baltics Medical team, and you are an integral contributor in the Baltics management team as well as in cross-functional teams. You play a key role in further developing our relationships with external stakeholders, key scientific experts, and health care organizations to shape and positively impact health care ecosystem in the Baltics. Our medical team consists of professionals, who work hard to improve patients’ lives throughout the Baltics. The medical team is responsible for communicating the medical context, therapy area knowledge and the scientific data related to our innovative medicines to our external stakeholders. Moreover, the medical team builds partnerships and develops projects with external partners to improve patient journeys and care, leads evidence generation initiatives as needed and collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams to co-create and execute brand/therapy area strategy.

Required experience and skills:

• Medical doctor (or other applicable higher academic education in the field of biomedicine) and relevant work experience in pharma industry
• Proven leadership skills
• Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in English and in one of the Baltic languages (preferably Lithuanian)
• Good understanding of the health care ecosystems in the Baltics
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking to contribute to the overall affiliate strategy
