Your Responsibilities:
- Daily guidance and supervision of experimental activities related to cancer antigen validation across multiple projects;
- Cross-functional collaboration with computational and genomic scientists;
- Participation in multidisciplinary projects across the company;
- Managing external collaborations (academic and Contract Research Organizations);
- Close collaboration with the director of antigen discovery and the director of antigen validation on the overall strategy of the department.
Your Qualifications:
- PhD in Immunology/Oncology with >10 years of experience;
- Expertise in T cell biology and cellular assays with primary human immune cells, experience with TCR engineering is an advantage;
- Proficient in flow cytometry (conventional and spectral);
- Experience in providing intellectual and practical guidance to technicians and more junior team members;
- Proven track record in means of published work and/or patents in the field of immune-oncology;
- Knowledge of single cell RNA sequencing is a plus;
- Structured and organized personality with great communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
