Major Task:

Manage the Company’s Brand(s) with responsibility for: launch plans, public relations, social media, company website and working with Sales to achieve revenue goals.

Your selected Tasks:

  • Develop, implement and maintain required marketing assets (websites, educational materials, samples, social media, as well as trade and consumer advertising) that will quickly establish the Brand’s presence within the market;
  • Partner with Sales to develop market and channel‐appropriate promotions & sales support materials that create distributor and retailer excitement, deliver optimal product placement, and drive revenue growth;
  • Ensure all brand communication (print, television, online, in store, etc.) is consistent, aligned with brand standards and strategy as well as Company goals/objectives and the regulatory environment;
  • Identify new consumer and marketplace trends. Recommend strategies and tactics that will maximize the Brand(s) performance;
  • Communicate and effectively work with public relations agency to develop events and programs that create buzz and exposure for the brand and its products;
  • Provide training to Field Representatives to ensure proper education of retail/pharmacy staff to sell the Products. Respond to consumer questions in a professional and timely manner;
  • Administer the Company’s consumer complaint program with support from appointed staff;
  • Propose new products which will lead to increasing sales in the market.

Experience and education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing;
  • 5+ years in Dietary Supplement marketing with P&L management. Herbal Dietary Supplement market experience preferred;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Experience in managing digital media, television, radio, and print advertising. Strong analytical, communication, verbal, and written skills;
  • Bi‐lingual written and oral proficiency in German and English.
