Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Support: Guide ICON project teams on clinical issues, ensuring studies adhere to the highest ethical principles and legal standards;
• Expertise & Interaction: Provide therapeutic and drug development expertise, interacting with sponsors and investigative sites on protocol medical issues;
• Presentations & Documentation: Contribute to investigator meeting presentations, review study documentation, oversee safety data reviews, and support Business Development efforts.

Your Profile:

You will bring significant medical affairs experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) & Board Certification in Neurology: Essential;
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Clinical Research within academia, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other CRO industries;
• Skills: Strong ability to review and evaluate clinical data with excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Proven track record of medical leadership and consultation within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries;
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the department effectively;
• Demonstrated ability to provide operational management in the absence of senior management;
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
