About the role

You are going to play a key global role in ensuring Quality oversight of Bio MSAT activities across internal and external manufacturing. You will drive quality excellence, support technical transfers and validation, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help solve complex quality challenges impacting multiple products and stakeholders.

What you will do

• You will provide expert QA leadership for Bio MSAT activities across internal and external manufacturing;
• You will drive troubleshooting, investigations, and CAPA implementation with rigor and transparency;
• You will oversee process validation, CPV, and technical transfers across manufacturing sites;
• You will build and maintain strong stakeholder networks across MSAT, Quality, and operations;
• You will promote continuous improvement and best practices within the global Quality organisation;
• You will contribute to governance, mentoring colleagues, and supporting team development.

Interested?

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master’s or PhD in a scientific or relevant discipline (e.g. Biopharma, Biotechnology);
• Strong experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT, and Quality Assurance;
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and analytical/validation processes;
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders globally;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and risk management;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
