Your Impact

You will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting critical technical decisions through advanced statistical analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Apply statistical methodologies (SPC, DOE, MVDA) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, analytical methods and product stability profiles
• Design experiments and build models to optimize performance and reduce variability
• Support process validation, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA)
• Analyze complex datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights
• Develop and document robust, reproducible statistical analyses
• Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and MS&T teams
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing
• Strong expertise in R, Python, SAS, JMP, Minitab or similar tools
• Solid experience with DOE, SPC, process validation, and data modelling
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex datasets
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
