For the expansion of the bioanalytical team, we are looking for a junior scientist who has already gained experience in a laboratory environment.

You bring a strong drive to generate high-quality results, working in close collaboration with both the bioanalytical team and project teams. Your responsibilities

• Participate in the development of bioanalytical assays (ELISA, MSD, Gyros platforms) to support non-clinical and clinical studies;
• Plan and execute experiments independently, including interpretation, reporting, and presentation of results;
• Assist in finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges;
• Actively contribute to project teams, organize your work effectively, understand priorities, and complete assignments accordingly;
• Show eagerness to learn new techniques and share your expertise with others.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Pharmaceutical and Biological Laboratory Technology, or a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or Industrial Engineering;
• 1–2 years of prior laboratory experience is a plus;
• Familiarity with essential statistical and data analysis tools such as Excel and GraphPad Prism;
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with bioanalytical techniques or platforms such as ELISA or MSD is an asset;
• A team player with enthusiasm and a strong focus on accuracy in execution and reporting;
• A proactive mindset with attention to quality, precision, and detail;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good oral and written proficiency in English.
