Your Impact

As Global Supplier Quality Lead, you will ensure that our suppliers and external partners meet the highest quality and compliance standards - while enabling innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

You’ll operate as a key expert within our Quality organization, influencing stakeholders and driving best practices across the value chain.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and drive Supplier Quality Management processes and programs globally;
• Ensure alignment of supplier-related systems, processes, and procedures, addressing gaps and deviations;
• Support and execute quality policies and frameworks across the supplier network;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust quality solutions;
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Quality Management practices;
• Lead or support process improvement and transformation initiatives;
• Provide expert guidance on supplier quality to internal stakeholders;
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and external suppliers;
• Influence the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement culture.

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years’ experience in Supplier Quality/Quality Management, ideally in a regulated global environment;
• Strong expertise managing complex supplier ecosystems and quality processes;
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and drive outcomes end-to-end;
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and external organizations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments;
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical quality solutions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
