What the job looks like

• Ensuring effective and efficient Quality Operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures and evolving global regulatory expectations;
• Optimizing the global Quality Management System to deliver fit for purpose processes across the entire product lifecycle;
• Driving cross functional improvement projects to ensure supply and deliver Quality Excellence;
• Leading and developing the team by empowering the people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performance;
• Developing and delivering programs to strengthen and evolve the Quality Culture at Grünenthal.

What you'll bring to the table

• University degree in natural sciences;
• Experience leading global teams;
• Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of applicable global regulations and guidelines;
• Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams;
• Business-fluent English skills, German and Spanish skills helpful;
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills.
