Omnichannel Medical Lead

What the role is like
Each day you will enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Prioritize medical affairs omnichannel challenges and opportunities according to the company strategy.
- Provide strategic cross-functional digital medical leadership by contributing to digital insights to the brand/customer plans
- Ensure the ethical and compliance standards of the digital communication. – member of the Digital Compliance committee
- Establish and coordinate the definition and implementation of the regional medical omnichannel strategy
- Guarantees scientific content is developed for the required channels
- Owns quality of medical deliverables acting as the validator and medical partner of the project/ deliverable
- Act as the GRT connexion with external experts/ Scientific Societies and other partners for transversal non-branded projects
- Lead the medical omnichannel content in the cross-functional team
- Ensure alignment with global teams in the medical unbranded content development and implementation
- Support special branded campaigns and branded online medical education activities when requested
To make the most of this role and develop yourself fully, you should have
- Scientific degree preferred (MD, PhD in Sciences, Pharma)
- At least 5 years of Med Affairs or industry related experience
- Relevant therapeutic and clinical experience preferred
- Experience in stakeholders/customers focus, engagement and management
- Language's skills: English (high level)
