What you will do:

• Lead and contribute to scientific research projects from concept to delivery, including defining objectives, designing experiments, analyzing data, and communicating results;
• Apply your scientific expertise to solve challenges, generate new ideas, and propose innovative approaches;
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners to support progress toward project milestones;
• Act as a growing technical expert, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across teams and functions;
• Plan and execute studies using advanced scientific principles, delivering clear documentation, conclusions, and actionable insights;
• Demonstrate some project management and problem‑solving skills, progressing work independently while seeking guidance when needed;
• Maintain accurate records and produce high‑quality analyses and reports, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and data‑integrity standards;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.

What we are looking for

• Required degree: Master; PhD (preferred);
• Field of study: Materials science, Chemical engineering, Food sciences, Pharmaceutical sciences, Polymer sciences, Chemistry;
• Industrial experience in an R&D environment if Master holder;
• Pharmaceutical Excipients industry an asset;
• Languages : English (business fluent); French (business fluent preferred);
• Effective communicator and collaborator, ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
