Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of industry experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO sectors
• Strong hands-on expertise with HPLC
• Knowledge of GMP or GLP environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Excellent command of English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
• Proactive mindset, ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience preparing QC documentation (SOPs, CoAs, deviations, OOS, CAPAs)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional chromatography techniques
• Experience supporting QC studies or method validation
• Familiarity with client-facing roles in international settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Industry experience preferred over academic research
• Proven ability to operate in GMP/GLP labs with a focus on biologics
