Are you a seasoned pharmacologist passionate about shaping innovative therapies? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Clinical Pharmacology Manager to lead the development and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies for ground breaking small-molecule programs. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence key decision-making processes, support regulatory interactions, and help build a cutting-edge clinical pharmacology function within a forward-thinking biotech environment.

Required Skills:

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field;
• Over 10 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacology within biotech or pharma;
• Expertise in PK/PD, population modelling, PBPK, dose optimization, and quantitative pharmacology;
• Proven ability to design, analyze, and interpret clinical pharmacology studies;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting organ-restricted or targeted pharmacology strategies;
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience;
• Familiarity with regulatory submissions and interactions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degree with extensive experience in small-molecule drug development;
• Demonstrated track record in clinical pharmacology within a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed;
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
