What you’ll do:

• Assignment in various functions within the Buffer, Media and Production Support in compliance with safety regulations and consideration of cGMP quality requirements.
• Recognition, interpretation and elimination of deviations
• Execution of production steps including interaction with HMIs and highly automated systems
• Support on-going training to develop your technical skills in a fast paced, large scale mammalian facility (6 x 20K Bioreactors)

What we’re looking for:

• Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education
• Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician is a plus
• Safety-conscious focus
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of process engineering
• Fluent English with German language skills advantageous
• Willingness to work in shifts (e.g. 4-shift pattern) with flexible work scheduling
