In this role, you will first and foremost be a key contributor to our antibody expansion project. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and planning activities for antibody Verification & Validation (V&V) wetlab execution, facilitating meetings, driving planning, and aligning stakeholders. You will be joining an inclusive and dynamic project team made up of highly skilled and dedicated lab technicians who collaborate closely and are passionate about making a difference. Later, you will also lead the planning of other projects in the department, such as the development of antibodies for companion diagnostic use, drive functional strategies and other activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily and weekly planning meetings within project lab team.
• Act as primary point of contact between lab technicians and project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely training, provide input and review execution plans, and flag roadblocks in advance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align results, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a positive team spirit and maintain clear, effective communication within the lab team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) Laboratory Technician or Bioanalyst.
• You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project planning/coordination; familiarity with SCRUM methodology.
• Experience with V&V is good to have but not necessarily needed – training will be provided.
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation.
• Highly structured, with critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Familiarity with automated IHC methods is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
