You will be joining a team of highly educated, committed and driven colleagues. The team comprises a sub- team “Evidence & Education” with Evidence Managers, Clinical Education Managers, a Coordinator and a Head of. In addition, six Medical Specialists report directly the Director role. Medical Affairs is part of the Payers & Evidence organization within Chronic Care Commercial. Currently, the team covers three Business Areas: Continence Care, Bowel Care and Ostomy Care.
In this role, you will help turn Coloplast’s Impact4 strategy into meaningful, everyday impact. The role of Medical Affairs is key to Coloplast success – through clinical evidence generation and dissemination, KOL advocacy and close collaboration, support and sparring with teams across the organisation. Your work will directly support better care for people living with intimate healthcare needs around the world.
You are likely to have a master’s degree in life sciences (e.g. Pharmacist, Molecular Biologist, Chemist, Engineer or similar), possibly a PhD, have experience from Medical Affairs, a leadership track record - ideally complemented by marketing or sales experience. You bring both scientific insight and commercial acumen. You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
