What you will do:

• Manage/Lead the short, mid and long term supply chain planning and execution of relevant topics with the customer and Lonza internal stakeholders.
• Execute monthly S&OP and supply planning cycles, including creation of product supply plans.
• Prepare demand planning input and ensure stakeholder alignment on supply decisions.
• Create and maintain supply-related KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage material creation requests and ensure timely inbound/outbound of API and finished products.
• Validate supply scenarios for materials, resources, and warehouse capacity.
• Own and maintain project BOM and ensure system updates.
• Liaise with project teams to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions.

What we are looking for:

• MSc in Supply Chain Management or related field (BS considered).
• Advanced experience (5–10 years) in Supply Chain and Program Management.
• APICS CPIM certification is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SAP PP/EWM modules.
• Familiarity with GMP environments and compliance requirements.
• Business-fluent English.
