As an MSL, you'll be the extension of our medical function in the field, creating constructive partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions while disseminating scientific information that advances patient outcomes across Romania.

Main responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with healthcare professionals and institutions, providing high-quality scientific information exchange during one-to-one interactions and group settings;
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the Country Medical Plan, organizing local scientific meetings, webinars, and hospital staff meetings with KOLs and HCPs;
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships through scientific engagement in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment, communicating the clinical value of our therapeutic area products;
  • Address unsolicited medical questions with accurate, balanced information in full compliance with regulations and internal policies;
  • Generate high-value, actionable insights from field interactions and propose solutions that inform medical strategy;
  • Support evidence-generation activities, including internal projects and Investigator-Initiated Studies (IISs);
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, market access, and clinical operations while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements.

About you

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison; experience working with surgeons or hospital therapies strongly preferred;
  • Education: Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, or PhD);
  • Technical skills: Strong disease/therapeutic area knowledge, proficiency with CRM tools, and ability to deliver impactful scientific exchanges across multiple channels and formats;
  • Soft skills: Strategic thinking, business acumen, strong interpersonal relationship building, transversal collaboration, and learning agility;
  • Languages: Intermediate level in spoken and written business English;
  • Territory: Ability to cover the entire Romania territory.
