Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cell based assays, including permeability, transport and metabolism studies;
• Culture and maintain cell lines for in vitro experiments;
• Prepare and analyze samples using LC-MS/MS;
• Develop, optimize, and validate new in vitro ADME assays under supervision;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems related to assays, instruments and data quality;
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data;
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all studies in laboratory notebooks;
• Follow all Selvita SOPs, DMPK guidelines and study protocols while conducting the studies;
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while supporting integration ADME team;
• Perform all duties in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Your Background

• MSc or Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or equivalent;
• Good hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in the biological, or ADME fields;
• Experience with cell culture and in vitro assay techniques is required;
• Fluency in English (written & verbal);
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
• Good time management and organizational skills.
