Job Description:
As Scientist Pharmaceutical Development you will be responsible for independent conduct of activities in the development of pharmaceutical products and added-value products in the area of pharmaceutical development. The focus would be on process development and product transfer to production in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Planning and managing the experimental part of the development of pharmaceutical forms and development of technological process, their transfer to production and validation of technological process on industrial level;
- Responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of project results;
- Introduction of new equipment and techniques and report preparation;
- Implementation of activities in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethics and project timeliness;
- Added value to development projects: innovative solutions / patent protection;
- Implementation and compliance with all instructions and requirements for ensuring work safety and environmental and property protection;
- Other tasks as instructed or required during development, as well as other tasks determined by the annual discussion of objectives and performance indicators;
- Responsibility for personal and professional development.
What you will bring to the role:
- University degree (pharmacy, chemistry or other natural science);
- Work experience in research & development or production is preferred, preferably in the technologies for production of solid dosage forms;
- Effective collaboration in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams;
- Statistical knowledge preferred (use of suitable statistical methods for data generation, analysis and presentation);
- Soft skills (open communication; clear, assertive and structured communication; ability to work in a global, dynamic environment);
- Ability to plan, design and execute activities, critical thinking and problem solving skill;
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
