Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing Thoracic/GI

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing – Thoracic/GI to join our Global Product & Portfolio Strategy team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and executing global brand strategy for thoracic and GI indications, ensuring alignment with regional and country teams, and helping launch our innovative therapies worldwide.

In this role, you will:

• Build global brand plans based on market insights and international strategy.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for pancreas and thoracic indications.
• Lead global marketing projects (online and offline) for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns and materials.
• Support onboarding of new countries for launches.
• Oversee promotional budgets and measure impact through KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced scientific degree desirable.
• 5+ years of product or global marketing experience, ideally in oncology.
• Experience with thoracic cancers (NSCLC) and pancreatic cancer highly valued.
• Strong ability to manage global projects and build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.
