Job Description:

Are you motivated Quality Control Analyst eager to work in the test and review of Drug Product? Here at Ipsen Dublin, we have an opportunity for you to take real ownership of an assigned product. Full training is provided, and our lab is exceptionally well equipped with a wide variety of equipment – a real paradise for a laboratory specialist! This position is offered on a fixed term basis until December 2025.

Your role will involve:

• Analyzing Drug Product batches according to approved analytical SOPs and as per relevant specification. This may include any of the following techniques (and is not limited to): Microbiological test methods such as Endotoxin and Sterility testing, ELISA, UV, Karl Fischer, pH, HPLC and Sub Visible Particulates;
• Performing activities to support the daily test schedule include media release testing and cleanroom preparation for Sterility testing;
• Ensuring all results are compiled and submitted accurately, raising any Unplanned Events or Out of Specification results in a timely manner following discussion with Senior colleagues;
• Co-ordinating sample and reference standard shipments to Dublin;
• Knowledge sharing to ensure both sites are aligned, and procedures are harmonized.

In return, you will bring:

• BSc. In Science (ideally with an Analytical Focus or Microbiology);
• Experience with Chemistry Test methods (including chromatography) and Microbiological Test Methods;
• Proven experience in a similar role working within a GLP environment.
