Our Team:

Are you ready to shape the future of medicine? We are looking for an independent and highly motivated clinical scientist who has experience in executing and leading the clinical development plans related data science development within the bone marrow transplantation therapeutic area. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of clinical scientists and be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence initiatives within the clinical development activities of the therapeutic area.

Main responsibilities:

• Integrate company wide AI initiatives in clinical development activities;
• Lead a team of clinical scientists;
• Provide scientific expertise to the clinical studies and/or registries;
• Support other clinical development activities;
• Contribute to the Abbreviated Protocol, the final protocol and protocol amendments and the clinical study report for their project;
• Contribute to the clinical part of submission dossier for their projects to health authorities;
• Provide appropriate medical input & support for all activities related to clinical studies;
• Be the clinical reference in the Clinical Study team related to clinical data.

About you

• PhD in any biomedical discipline, post-doctoral studies in hematology/oncology is preferred; Pharm D with significant clinical data experience can apply;
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in clinical development within pharmaceutical industry in the area of oncology;
• Experience in leading a group of individuals within the same function;
• Computer and MS application skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Ability to work and interact within a matrix model;
• Open to work in an international and intercultural environment;
• Open-minded to apply and learn digital solutions.
