Medical Lead Immunology North Europe

As Medical Lead Immunology NE you will co-lead and execute the medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for immunology/Dupixent across NE MCO. You will lead – through indirect leadership - across the North Europe medical team at Sanofi, which is a high-performing team of medical leaders and medical experts. The team members are trusted sources of scientific and medical information and are effective and innovative strategic partners to our internal and external stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the franchise medical head you:
- Lead the execution of the MCO medical plan, including omnichannel components aligned to brand strategy;
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable goals and oversee team performance;
- Monitor compliance with internal and external policies and ensure completion of required training;
- Oversee budget and resource alignment and maintain operational excellence across NE medical immunology;
- Ensure for NE medical immunology that appropriate evidence generation plans and local studies and data generation are in place and executed upon.
About you
Education & Experience:
- Advance degree required: MD, Pharmacist/PharmD, PhD (preferred), Master of Science degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma industry including medical affairs leadership role;
- Above country, MCO or regional medical leadership experience preferred;
- Therapeutic area experience preferred;
- Experience in cross-functional medical strategy development and execution.

- Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare systems, the evolving medical landscape, regulatory and payer environment, public health and industry trends to accurately identify key issues and develop strategies and plans;
- Experience in a GxP environment and experience with conduct of audits and inspections.
