Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute in developing innovative products and solutions in the field of biotechnology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and optimization of cell culture processes and protein/enzyme purification protocols;
• Conduct experiments to characterize new enzymes;
• Collaborate with manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure successful product development;
• Analysis and interpretation of experimental data, including their presentation and discussion within the team;
• Contribution of new ideas for product and process development;
• Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records, according to the company procedures.

Position Requirements

• Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Alternatively, Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years of laboratory experience;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in molecular biology and/or protein biochemistry;
• Understanding of cell culture techniques, protein purification methods, and analytical techniques;
• Experience with cell culture, chromatography, and electrophoresis preferred;
• Must be able to communicate/write in English;
• Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word Power Point).
