Major accountabilities:

• Strategically prepare the market for the launch of the new drugs and the new indications and ensure support to brands, through medical activities, scientific data generation (RWE), patient support programs (PSP), methodological support, medical information sharing and dissemination within the scientific community and Medical Experts;
• Provide Medical/Scientific expertise, encompassing all activities according to the local/global medical affairs plan along with co-driving and implementing efficiently and effectively local brand strategy;
• Core member of the Brand Teams in any scientific-related matters, product-related strategy and tactics;
• Establishing scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and decision makers to build advocacy.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc Degree in scientific or healthcare discipline or equivalent – MD/PhD will be desirable;
• 3+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs and/or relevant scientific research experience with publications; including projects at local, cross-functional and regional level is required;
• Prior experience and knowledge of Oncology, Endocrinology will be considered an asset;
• High degree of business acumen and market knowledge;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships with health care professionals;
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking within cross-functional and regulatory setting, problem solving ability;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and scientific writing skills;
• Digital skills and capabilities: cutting-edge scientific projects and creating major innovations; proven ability to interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms in regards to medical affairs information;
• Commitment to continuous learning and development;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
