Job Description

As our new Global Patient Experience Lead you will be responsible for partnering across Galderma to champion a better future experience for people living with atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.

The role partners closely with the global cross functional team and directly reports to the Global Franchise Head, Immunology & Inflammation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance the understanding of the atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis patient journeys and set the future vision for a better patient experience
  • Identify competitive points of differentiation, propose enhancements within the product lifecycle and work with technical teams to ensure the patient voice is represented and projects are carried to completion
  • Benchmark and support the development and design of our ex-US patient support programs in collaboration with medical functions
  • Identify ways to bring the patient voice in and foster a mindset of patient centricity
  • Lead the development of global core educational/disease awareness campaigns with external agencies and cross functional teams
  • Lead the development of global patient facing materials to support treatment initiation and adherence
  • Partner with cross functional teams in the development of global early access programs

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 3+ years in a position with similar scope
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business with master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in dermatology/immunology preferred
  • Experience with launching specialty/biologics for treating chronic conditions required
  • Strong digital omnichannel experience required
  • Proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers
  • Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
  • Ability and confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence without authority
  • Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot
  • Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Availability to travel >20% time
