We currently source thousands of academic research tools from more than 165 institutions on 6 continents that can be found at https://ximbio.com/. This follows on from more than 40 years of managing and providing reagents to both academic and for-profit laboratories around the world.
Our next phase of growth will require we upgrade our systems, expand our production, repository and logistics capabilities, as well as augment our direct-to-customer interface. For this challenging position and career opportunity, this will also mean adding a sister e-commerce site to Ximbio focused on research tools for the global cancer research community in an international collaborative non-profit with professional cancer research societies, government cancer research agencies and other cancer research charities and foundations.
We are looking for candidates with a mix of operations acumen in the research tools space, a strong digital sales, logistics and supply chain background and the experience of producing, selling and delivering antibodies, cell lines, mouse models and other research materials to scientists, with a goal to join our Mission of providing a single, web-based, non-profit source of all the bioresearch tools from academia that cancer researchers worldwide need in one place.
