An exciting opportunity, is now available within our ambitious Patient Monitoring & Life Support Spain Marketing function, focusing on training Operating Room (OR) anaesthesia as well as ICU ventilation users. We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical applications expert with knowledge and experience of Intensive Care (UCI OR ICU) and OR, in a hospital environment to develop this role, well versed in Patient Monitoring with a focus on IT and connectivity, ambitious and commercially astute, you will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful training and expertise thus generating business growth across Spain.

  • Exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training.
  • Help sales organization in pre and post sales support
  • Extend after sales support of Patient Monitoring and Connectivity clinical products.
  • Organize and deliver training through screening workshops, forums, and seminars.
  • Help service organizations to determine nature of clinical equipment problems.
  • Coordinate with Service Organization teams and Product Manager for training sessions at customer installation site.
  • Engage to develop customer training tools and offer relevant input for future products and services.
  • Organize and coordinate congresses, forums and customer meetings included in the marketing plan.
  • Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to Technical, Customer and Marketing Support teams.
  • Communicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all company demo equipment in good and orderly condition.
  • Resolve delivery of customer service and involve in root cause analysis for problem solving.
  • Complete administrative activities and ensure product demonstration support.
  • Extend support in professional forums, congresses, and conferences.
  • Work with the Account Manager within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices.
  • Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date.
  • Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations
  • Manage and maintain timely training records
  • Help HQ in developing or improving products

What are we looking for in you?

  • Background is health science with clinical experience
  • Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
  • Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives
  • Previous knowledge of Patient Monitoring medical devices Clinical Applications
  • Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Showcase previous project organisation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good skills to create training and promotion material
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to travel up to 60% of the time is required.
