Alphanumeric is hiring a licensed Nurse/Pharmacist to support as Medical Information Specialist on our international virtual Covid-19 call center.
This is a 100% remote opportunity, so you can be based either in Poland, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary, Denmark or Norway.
We are looking for bilingual candidates in many different languages such as Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Ukranian, German, Arabic, Italian and others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HCP team on inquiries via phone, email, or web chats from healthcare professionals, consumers, and patients handling adverse events, product quality complaints, HCP and patient education;
- Provide phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, and other needs as required. This does not include commercial sales support;
- Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety operational data. Perform data entry for tracking and Lifecycle safety databases, coding relevant medical terminology, writing descriptive narratives, generating queries pertinent to the case, performing quality control, assisting with reconciliation, driving case closure, coordinating translations;
- Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting safety data.
Certificates, License information:
Health Care Professional with an active license to practice in nursing pharmacy or other health care fields (Example Nurses, Pharmacist, ASN, BSN, PharmD) is a requirement in addition to:
- 2-3 years related customer service or pharmaceutical experience;
- Active license to practice in good standing.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications;
- Experience using Salesforce/CRM and softphone preferred.
Additional skills:
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in written form;
- Active listen skills;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Strong Logic and reasoning aptitudes required;
- Ability to work remotely when requested;
- Must have a quiet office space free of interruption to conduct professional calls on behalf of a client;
- Must have internet connection with speeds of 15MBPS upload and 15 MBPS download;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
- Bilingual English + another language preferable;
- Vaccines experience.
