JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will report to the Head of International Sales & Business, Human Iron and be responsible for:

  • Increase our business in selected markets which you will handle in the beginning in collaboration with our Sales and Business Directors, and over time you will be responsible for more markets on your own
  • You will also help and support our Sales and Business Directors responsible for our more than 30 business partnerships around the World by analyses of data, sales development, prices and other data
  • Coordination with our Customer Support concerning new launches and ongoing supplies
  • Responsible for developing yearly business plans per partner and budgeting procedures and analyses
  • You will be part of the Sales & Business Team and participate in planning and department meetings etc.
  • Coordinate visits by business partners in connection to large international meetings or individually

  • Establish close relationship with key partner stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with other functions like:
    • Market Access
    • Marketing
    • Medical
    • Legal
    • Customer Service & Supply
    • Regulatory
    • Pharmacovigilance
    • Quality Assurance

THE CANDIDATE

Main requirements

The ISBM at Pharmacosmos has professional qualifications from the Pharmaceutical industry within Sales, Marketing and Business Management, local/regional experience, strength to lead processes, establish best in class collaboration with local partners and is to cooperate closely with HQ departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.

Education

  • Sc./B.Sc. Business Administration
  • Sc. Pharm with additional commercial education; or
  • at least a Bachelor level within chemistry, Pharmacy, biochemistry, biology or alike, with additional commercial education

Background/Experience

  • +3 years of experience from international commercial/business management position related to partner management in the Pharmaceutical industry (preferred complex pharma products).
  • Experience in analyzing markets and business opportunities and putting together sound and well- founded proposals and business cases as well as project- and action plans
  • Good at inspiring confidence to establish strong preference for Pharmacosmos’ products at customer level, as well as ensuring high priority and high investments in dedicated staff, training, KOL collaboration and activities
  • Analytical skills to fully exploit business potential
  • Product, market and business insight
  • Super-user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong linguistics properties and ability to adapt to local culture
