We are now seeking a Key Account Manager for the pathology business in Norway, where you will join a highly motivated team consisting of a colleague KAM, an Application Consultant and a local Field Service Engineer. Your task will be to promote and sell the system solutions, consisting of both instruments, reagents and support in order to enable customers to provide high quality clinical diagnosis on suspected tissue samples to either roll out or confirm the presence of cancer cells. The diagnosis is a crucial step in the well-being of the patient and an adequate diagnosis will assist the physician to start a targeted treatment with the aim to cure the disease.
You will operate in Norway but will be part of the Nordic team for Pathology, also enabling you to share as well as to tap on experiences from your colleagues in the other Nordic countries.
Sales: Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products. Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions. Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans. Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction. Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
