YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

You are at the forefront of ensuring our services and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our quality management systems, driving continuous improvement and simplification initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead with a modern perspective, leveraging innovative approaches to optimize quality outcomes while embracing sustainability, diversity, and ethical practices. Your main missions are the following:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system aligned with the group standard, the local accreditation body requirements and the industry best practices;
Coordinate proper registration of complaints and deviations and ensure the right management of them within the set period;
Be a business partner to customers and colleagues by providing guidance, expertise and explanations into quality management related discussions;
Lead all type of audits and maintain contact with the Accreditation Council;
Develop and monitor quality indicators including regular communication to the company leadership team and corporate Quality team;
Champion a culture of quality awareness and accountability, providing training, mentorship, and support to empower colleagues at all levels to prioritize quality in their work;
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in quality management, proactively recommending strategies to enhance organizational resilience, simplicity and agility;
Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers, representing the company's commitment to quality excellence and fostering collaborative relationships.

YOUR PROFILE

You have:

a completed HBO education preferably in chemistry, microbiology or food technology;
a proven experience with ISO 17025 accredited laboratory processes, accreditation processes and audits;
a strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean);
excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical techniques;
effective leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams;
already demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Basic Knowledge of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and a certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.

Fluent in English.
