In line with our growth strategy, Selvita is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced candidates to join the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic department in  Kraków.  DMPK services provided include in vitro ADME screening, in vivo PK, and bioanalysis.
We are looking for a Bioanalyst to provide “hands-on” bespoke bioanalytical services, including developing and undertaking analyses for small molecules and peptides, across a broad spectrum of sample matrices, working with UHPLC-MS/MS systems. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Bioanalytical method development of quantitative and qualitative methods for the analyses of drugs using LC-MS/MS.
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting bioanalytical instrumentation and methods.
  • Performing sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation in accordance with study requirements and reporting study data.
  • Collaborating with customers, project teams, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data.
  • Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • A senior role will include mentoring other laboratory scientists to develop their knowledge and understanding of bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation as well as preparation of project proposals.
 
Your Background
  • MSc or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent (Ph.D. in analytical chemistry preferred for senior roles).
  • Proven experience of working in a bioanalytical laboratory performing quantitative/qualitative analysis and experience in sample extraction techniques for biological sample analysis.
  • Expertise in using mass spectrometry (IT, QQQ, HRMS) and developing sample extraction techniques for biological sample analysis, as well as interpreting mass spectral data.
